Hi, there!

Assalamualaikum..
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

Hi there, its been awhile I did not write here. life does not get so busy but it just a priority issue. I do not have any interest in writing on blog since I got  new social media account that I always spending almost 1/3 of my time there. however, I am a person who easily get bored by  a thing for a very short period, so after almost 1 year I left this blog and hanging on Instagram, I am realized that thing got nothing interesting unless killer for my time everyday (and my Internet Data). I do loved writing so much back there, but that not worked in Instagram since I could not write so many things in there that I thought it might annoyed someone whose like me (I am too lazy to read a long caption but I had high curiosity level and it FORCE me to read it anyway and I hate it!). To be honest I did had a Twitter, the place where people talk anything they want and retweet anything they think it suppose to. I once tried it too, I used to waste my time there just like I did for Instagram now, I'm tweeting every second and everything I want. Unfortunately, I'm not a very expressive person that always release their happiness yet anger in twitter by writing almost everything happen in their life there. One day I realize, there are nothing fun to be in there, so now I'm using Twitter as my news teller and my Instagram as my current social media where I post and delete picture as I wish. Wait a minute, I had Facebook too, yes that was so exciting at first, I uploaded pictures almost everyday! that seems like nonsense now, after I'm fully "utilized" Facebook I started to get bored and now there is no reason to post anything there too. to the depth thought, I hold on into Facebook because everyone are there, my friends, family and there has something that I needed such as information and news about anyone that I interested (maybe) or should I deactivate it already? . . .  .I felt so entertained back there when my pics got so many likes, people reacting on my status and I do had instant messaging (IM) with anyone who Hi me. lol. (some of them ask to meet somewhere and I said ok and we meet up, it so grateful that he was a nice guy). I called it culture shock, hahahaha, me is so naive and simply trusted anyone that approached me nicely (maybe I should write about my "love" story too? hmm I will think about it). why I said culture shock? yes because I am too exposed to the "new world" after school, entering college, got new friends, away from family, got internet, and social media, so I used it "wisely"  I guess. That is the reasons why I created almost every single social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Ask.fm, Keek, Instagram and (I think that is all). I'm slowly deactivated some of them to realize how mature I become now. puahahahahaha. I can't stop laughing and smiling everytime my memories about my past time passed by now.  So, that is why I come back to blog since I left no feeling on other social media, I will start over my abandoned  blog and keeping more memories and telling all my stories here.

Assalamualaikum..
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

I bet sure not all adult can explain it the way of these explanations. Happy reading :)

1. kenapa air kencing panas
answer:
It’s been stored in your body which is that fantastic body temperature of 37 degrees.  It’s like keeping something in an incubator, it’s nice and warm.  When it comes out, it’s still warm.  Because your skin is cooled by the air, anything at 37 degrees feels hot against your skin.  You’ll notice this if you put your hand in some water that is 37 degrees, it doesn’t feel the same.  It feels warmer than blood heat.

2. kenapa kita menguap?
answer:
when we are bored or tired, we just don't breathe as deeply as we usually do. As this theory goes, our bodies take in less oxygen because our breathing has slowed. Therefore, yawning helps us bring more oxygen into the blood and move more carbon dioxide out of the blood.

3. kenapa boleh sendawa?
answer:
A burp, sometimes called a belch is nothing but gas. When you eat or drink, you don't just swallow food or liquid. You also swallow air at the same time. The air we breathe contains gases, like nitrogen and oxygen.
Sometimes when you swallow these gases, they need to get out. That's where burping comes in! Extra gas is forced out of the stomach, up through the esophagus, the tube for food that connects the back of the throat to the stomach), and out of the mouth as a burp.
Sometimes eating or drinking too fast can cause indigestion, which can make a person burp because this can send extra air into the stomach. The same thing happens when you drink through a straw: extra air in = more burps out.
4.kenapa perut boleh berbunyi?
 answer:
Stomach growling, which originates in the stomach and the small intestine, can be explained by a closer look at how the digestive system functions.
The digestive system is, in essence, a long tube that starts at the mouth and ends at the anus. This tube connects with the various organs and passages that play important roles in digestion. One of the most important things to know about the digestive system is the manner in which it propels food. Waves of muscle contractions move and push the contents continually downward in a process called peristalsis. In addition to moving your meal along its digestive path, these contractions also help churn food, liquid and different digestive juices together, rendering them into a gooey mix known as chyme.
When people hear their stomachs make noise, most of what they hear is gas and intestinal motility, the normal movement of the intestines. Even when you’re not eating, your gut is moving. If you have food in your intestine, it can muffle the sound, but if you have air in there, and that’s all you’re moving, that is what you’ll hear. Some people are more sensitive or have a heightened sense of what’s going on inside their bodies, so they hear it or feel it more.
Some people have more gas than others, and there are a variety of reasons for this. One is a common problem that many people don’t even realize, which is swallowing air. You can swallow a lot of air into the esophagus and the stomach by eating too quickly or talking while eating, and that can cause belching, bloating or rumbling. You can minimize this by eating more slowly and not talking or exercising while chewing.

there are many other questions might be ask by them throughout theirs growing process, as an adult or parents what we have to do is we must answer it with confident and telling the TRUTH!

Sorry v. Change

Assalamualaikum.. Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

When "sorry" doesn't means anything anymore , "change" have to take a role and do something. There is always a thing that can be done to bring back what we missed before. an apologizing could not be a all the time favorites word to someone especially when that simple common word appeared too much times in their live and by the same mistakes. Yes, the mistakes that had be done must be from a habit or something that a person can't help but keep doing it even in involuntarily situation. Unfortunately, what we think that is right must be sometimes wrong and need to be reminded about what we done in a past can be wrong in a future. The most interesting and frustrating part is when doing the best we can not be the best we can do to a person. "The best" not showing up to satisfy everyone so you must not to be too perfect to someone if you don't want to lose them. There is only one way to fix everything which is by change and most probably chance. Trusting might help too. Change is just a word with six alphabet but it surely and definitely could fasten the healing process. Trying is a great action and keep doing it even though it seems not gonna work at all. If sorry and change were a knight in a battlefield, the "change" obviously can dominate the battle an surely winning.

Sad yet Happy

Assalamualaikum..
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

There is nothing can be compared with family. they are everything that I had. November be so cruel to me, it took one of my family and give in to another guy who can be trusted that can taking care of my loved one. she is my one and only sister that I had, she is less and more than a sister and brother. I am more than love her, now she will be love by her husband, and she had her own new family, her love will be shared soon. I felt like I am dreaming, I couldn't  cry for her leaving but I smile all days like I won a lottery.
I am not even realize that she's not mine forever and at the end of that beautiful blessing day she will move out from our heaven, the place that we used to loitering, arguing on a small things, laughing on each others stupidity and even ignoring one another.

I always know this sad yet happy time will come no matter what I am doing. How much I worried or even how much I am waiting. sooner or later her prince charming will bring his princess to their own castle. weekend would not be the same, same goes with Raya. she need to attend two places, she might not with us this year, color for Baju Raya probably not the same anymore. However, I am glad to know she can had her own children that of course will bring joy to our family more than before.

Loathe

Detest someone or something sometimes can be cure or ignore. But most of the time,it become bigger day by day everytime the things or someone that  I am dislike appear often in front of my face just like they know its hurting me so bad.
In fact, I had killed them for thousand times in my mind. Once I am hating someone, they will looked so annoyed in everything they do. Even when they do nothing, just breathing, it is more than enough to make my aversion towards them become aggravate.
Am could not stand with my own feeling when it comes to dislike person. Hence, I decided to not loathe anybody in my life so I can sleep better and stop making my heart huffy.

Note for self : let asshole be asshole, be nice to all and live happily.

New chapter.

Assalamualaikum..
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

Alhamdulillah Ya Rabb, panjang umur ku semoga berkurang dosaku.
dulu aku ade pernah cakap, cukuplah dapat degree dalam bidang Food Technology dan boleh kahwin, tapi perancangan Allah lain, dia sebaik-baik perancang, habis diploma aku tidak diberi peluang untuk meneruskan bidang sains tulen iaitu Food Tech. tapi aku bersyukur masih diberi peluang belajar cuma lain bidang sikit. haha. I can't stop blaming myself for not being good enough for myself.  :(
Bachelor in Food Service Management was a new chapter of my life. sekarang aku xrasa nak habiskan degree dan kahwin, sekarang perasaan dah lain, aku rasa macam nak habiskan degree, sambung master, kerja, enjoy my life with my family then last thing baru fikir kahwin. itupun kalau ada yang nak kahwin ngan aku.haha.

Nevermind, I am the person who are accept EVERYTHING in my life positively. hiks
so, I grab the challenge, go through with it because level of curiosity in me is infinite to know how this one ends.food tech quite different from food service because food service more to masakkkkkkkkkk dan masakkkkk or lebih kepada penggunaan tenaga dan kudrat but food tech is masak and learn everything about the microb, chemistry of food, technology to improvise quality of food lebih kepada penggunaan otak dan akal. food service also had all that but it is not as detail as food tech.

I started it (degree) with knowing who will be my new family here at Terengganu (UiTM Dungun). mereka kawan yang pernah satu fakulti, satu kelas, satu kolej, satu surau, satu dewan makan dan segalanya dengan aku masa DIPLOMA di Kuala Pilah dulu. CUMA! ye CUMA nyaaaaaaaa.... aku xpernah nk knl baik dgn mereka, some of them I do not even know their name. haha. my bad. see skrg aku satu rumah dengan mereka, sama2 mereka aku karang bab baru hidup aku.memandangkan aku ni manja, tahap mengada-macam-nak-kene-sepak adalah 9/10, so sangat penting untuk aku tahu siapakah mangsa-mangsa yang akan hadapi manusia menyusahkan macam aku.

let me introduce them one by one. *sorry weh, aku jual muke korang kat sini*

kita mulakan mengikut alphabet , ini Atiqah. Nurul Atiqah.aku xtau kenapa aku xde gambar dia seorang yang berdiri, xpelah gambar ni pon kau ok, comey dah. kalau aku nak marah dia aku akan panggil ATIQAH MAISARAH. contohnye : "atiqah maisarah, asal kau buat macam ni' "atiqah maisarah, salah la macam tu" atau "haishhhh atiqah maisarah ni" ..hahaha..pdahal nama dia tiada pon maisarah. sorry pakcik zulkifli, tambah name anak pakcik
dia baik, of cos baik.. kawan aku xpernah jahat. dia rajin. cantik dan garang.heee.. dia slalu masak kalau tiada siapa nak masak. kalau pasal basuh ayam, potong ayam, dialah orangnya. dia kata dia suka masak tapi kat rumah mak dia x bagi dia masak. haha sian dia. she can cook everything tastily (even she said she can't cook it)..

ini aina.nur aina zainal abidin. panggil pon aina, tiada nick name. the tiny one amongst my housemates.
kereta dia la yang berjasa bawak kami 7 orang pergi kelas setiap hari. kalau kereta tu boleh bercakap mesti dia kata "beratnya kalian semua" . btw, aina selalu ade sense of emak-emak you know bila kita buat salah dia mcm mak yang marah anaknya. mungkin disebabkan dia miliki kenderaan, so ape-ape hal yang berkaitan dengan memerlukan untuk keluar menaiki kereta dia akan pergi, contohnya beli lauk kat pasar every weekend, bayar bil, bayar duit sewa rumah, hantar dan ambil kami di stesen bas (kalau ade yang nk balik rumah), walaupon kadang-kadang dia perlu bangun pagi hening semata ambil kami. She is tiny but full of responsibilities. hehe.. *bab tiny tu jangan marah ye*

ini fairuz, ayahnya khalili. so nama dia fairuz khalili. simple kan, aku selalu jelous bila tenguk nama orang yang senang isi borang ni. huh! eh tapi aku xmarah ayah aku bagi nama panjang2.. ilebiu ayah :*
fairuz atau fye (pronounce as fai) ni macam abang la juga sebab dia Mrs Capable, she always help me doing ANYTHING except! please read carefully.. except C.I.C.A.K. (lizard in English). haha
how funny she are when she found one. katanya dia ade sejarah hitam dengan cicak, biasala orang yang ada bad memories with something for sure susah nak hadapi benda sama bila ia berlaku. tapi aku tetap nak gelak, HAHAHAHAHAHA, ok dah puas gelak. kenapa dia macam abang? sebab dia protective, dia ade selalu bila kau memerlukan.bukan untuk aku je, tapi bagi kami satu rumah. oh so sweet.di nampak je luaran ganas, dengar lagu hardcore, layam cerita fiction gempak2, tapi jangan tak tahu dalam hati penuh taman astakonah. hewhewhew.

ini pula hazirah. stage name hazirah zee..haha.. untunglah ade stage name. zee ni lebih kepada kakak kembar aku, aku rasa kalau aku ade kembar, macam ni la kot rasanya, selalu kembar kan ade yang baik ade yang nakal, ade ganas ade sopan, ade itu ade ini.. differ in term of everything.
dia roomate aku, sebantal ,sekatil, seselimut. eh xdela tahap sebantal seselimut. sekatil je.
nak kate kontra sgt dengan aku pon xde la juga. mostly yes. dia ni lembut orangnya, tutur bicara dikawal, menjaga hati orang sekliling, pakainya sopan (suke corak vintage), beauty with brain lah senang cakap, pandai dan cantik pakej lengkap, tinggi macam model. haha. *siapa berkenan pm aku*.. JK
aku pulak yang sebaliknya.haha. pendek, muka biasa-biasa, baju xmenunjukkan keayuan seorang perempuan langsung. cakap pon xbertapis.kekekeke.

dia sangat marah kalau aku ni pelik-pelik sikit perangai, contoh paling senang  :

aku: nak colour kuku hitam lah, macam smart
dia: kau jangan masuk bilik ye kalau kau buat macam tu

apetah lagi yang dia tak bagi aku buat, banyak ahaha. kalau aku buat dia ugut xnak dah sekatil dengan aku.mihmihmih.. kelakar la.. padahal aku belum buat, baru berangan. haih, zee. . . zee. . .
dia jugak pendorong aku untuk study, selalu bangon awal, solat dhuha, study. buat aku rase bersalah je kalau terbungkang kul 12 tengahhari. lagi-lagi nak exam, aku yang malas tahap dewa ni pon boleh rajin. tq zee. :*

hahahahaha. belum start cerita pasal si sean ni pon dah tergelak. ok dia ni nama suhaida. tapi aku suka untuk panggil SURAYA. Tapi nama dia sean (pronounce as syon). kelakar sebab character daa sikit pon xkena dengan nama suraya. haha. dia macam lebih kepada simple and easy. simple dalam semuaaaaaa hal. nota simple, jawapan exam simple, pakaian, makanan,  baju pon kameja /tshirt, skali skala blouse, dan xpernah pakai skirt) , tudung bawal (shawl belit-belit leceh dan fobia jarum peniti). pakaian nya xmenunjukkan keperempuanan (you know what I mean) .tapi dia bukan tomboy ke pengkid ke..choyyyy!!
susah nak describe..aduh pening kepala!
dia pon macam Fye, abang untuk aku. cuma abang yang malas layan adik nya. -.-
dia tinggi so apa apa yang memerlukan ketinggian dia tolong.

ok, itu lah 6 orang family aku yang aku perlu pertahankan sampai habis degree ni. dan berharap sampai bila-bila. so  sekarang aku ade mak, abang , kembar, dan adik. how perfect my life can be here. Iam more than contented to have them and helps me heal myself from dissapointment not to get food tech course. walaupon dulu kami satu uitm, tapi tak pernah nak ambil tahu , ambil kisah pasal mereka. yela, nama pon ade yang xtahu.haha. dulu nampak kat kelas sipi2 mata je, lalu pon xpandang, bertegur apatah lagi.kannnnn.. xpernah borak pon dengan mereka nih. dah kenal rupanya mereka gila. eh mereka gila-gila, sekepala dengan aku. ini chapter baru hidup aku yang pasti ade sambungannya. haihhhh penat aih membebel. dala, tuje. bai

Wake up call

Assalamualaikum.. Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

Negative Minded

Assalamualaikum.. Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

Hai blog, lama x update. Sekarang dah masuk semester dua degree kat uitm dungun ni. Semester satu sangat seronok tapi terlalu banyak nk cerita sampai x cerita satu pun.haha

Kebanyakan orang kata aku ni negative minded. Ya minda aku negatif, aku selalu fikir bad side of something.

Maybe this is how I handle my emotion..my mind.. i set it with something bad, then i'm hoping it will be good. I'd tried to be more positive as i can. Aku selalu cuba, tapi aku selalu gagal.
Bila aku gagal aku cuba lagi. Betul.

Healthy entry: Detox Water.

Assalamualaikum..
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

hai, sekian lama tak jumpa.  sibuk sungguh aku semenjak dua menjak ni kan. ok sekarang dah tak berapa nak sibuk sebab practical training a.k.a internship sudah selesai. Alhamdulillah berjaya habiskan dengan tanpa ada masalah.

Disebabkan terlalu lama berada di rumah selepas penghabisan semester 5 pada akhir bulan October yang lalu, berat badan semakin naik dengan jayanya tanpa diduga. eh, diduga sebenarnya. duduk rumah selama 4 bulan practical ni memang mencabar dari segi menahan nafsu makan. company time practical pulak kilang makanan. aduh aduh aduh~

maka, oleh kerana takot jadi Fiona (isteri Shrek), proses penyedaran diri pon berlakulah. mulakan hidup secara sihat, ok mula-mula kita bangon pagi kita minum detox water.. pastu kita makan secara sihat, senaman dan ulang.

sumber: google

A good detoxification diet cleanses the colon completely. In fact its potential to effect a complete cleansing of the colon is considered to be the primary strength of such a diet. Of course, the colon isn't the only, or even the primary organ in the human body, but it does carry out many important functions. Most people know the colon as the repository of wastes that have to be removed from the body. Indeed, waste removal is its function but the colon is also important in the absorption of water. And both these functions are essential enough to warrant that the colon be cleansed occasionally. By continuously digesting and removing healthy and unhealthy food stuffs, the colon's functional capacity may have gotten stretched to the maximum. A detoxification using fruits juice and vegetable extracts will do it a world of good. (sumber)

Many religions and philosophies advocate fasting as a way of refocusing the mind and developing a sense of peace. While you're detoxifying your body, try to rid yourself of grudges, anger, sadness and other negative feelings. Use the time you would usually spend eating or preparing food to think about your goals and aspirations. Distill your thoughts in a journal.(sumber)

kalau nak ckp pasal cara2 nk detox ni kan ,terlalu banyakkkk.. banyak sgt.. contohnya: tidur awal, antara pukul 10p.m -2 a.m tu adalah masa untuk penyembuhan dan detoksifikasi terbaik. Selain itu ialah dengan berpeluh! Perspiration is a natural way that our body detoxifies itself. And it's one of the most effective ways to detox. nak berpeluh samada dengan bersenam atau ke sauna.. amboi, sauna.. hang pi lari pusing rghumah hang dah laaa....

sumber: google

3. simpan didalam peti sejuk selama satu malam
4. bangon pagi boleh minum, minum ia setiap hari..  mesti ter b***k punya.haha..
*boleh tambah perasa mint juga :)

sumber: google

nak resepi? ------ > SINI

ok senang kan.. gunalah ape2 pun buah yang ada dlm peti ais anda. durian? emmm xtahulah..cubalah.. kalau ok gtau..hahahaha.. ok itu sahaja, aku mengaku aku tak buat lagi.. tapi nak cuba la nie.. hiks.
jangan lupa jugak bersenam. dan makan secara sihat untuk hidup yang lebih sihat di hari tua.sekarang mmg la ok je rasa, al maklumlah muda.. ye dokk..mls2 jaga kesihatan, merana dihari tua. xnk xnk xnk.. ok, ekyn tlg jgn ckp je.. sila buat! -.-
ok, selamat mencuba, assalamualaikum... :*

Waktu kecil dahulu.

Assalamualaikum..
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate

masa kecik dulu selalu berfikiran sgt innocent, jujur, tulus dan telus tanpa ada seleweng sikit pon pemikiran tu.bila dah dewasa. makin matang. matang ke? boleh la...  sekarang fikiran pun dan boleh fikir mana baik mana buruk, mana penting, mana lagha. hiks.

macam aku, dulu masa kecik bnyk benda yang aku buat sgt pelik bersama siblings aku  berlima, kemana je berlima, macam power rangers tau. cuma kami 3 perempuan 2 lelaki, kalau power rangers 1 je perempuan. lol.. tapi masa kami kecik adik yang last sgt kecik, masih baby, comel2 gitu, xpandai ape lagi, makanya dia tiada lah dlm perkara pelik yang kami lakukan.dulu rumah ayah dekat kampung, dekat Felda. keliling mmg suasana sangat kampung tau, tolong bayang. kampung tp rumah nya tersusun lah bukan kampung bersepah tu. oleh itu, terlalu banyak perkara yang boleh kami teroka nersama, bak kata Milo.. Hak bermain, hak kami, ...play more, learn more. wah gituuu~ sekarang rumah kiri kanan bangunan. bosan!

ok, dulu rumah kami papan, tapi besar, kampung kan. dan dapurnya batu. nak dijadikan cerita menarik lagi benar, belakang rumah kami ada sepohon pokok asam jawa yang rendang, aku pon xpasti kakak (sulung) aku tu lelaki ke perempuan masa tu sebab dia ajar kami adik beradik panjat bumbung yang boleh dipanjat melalui tingkat bahagian tepi rumah yang menghubungkan ke atas bumbung, tapi tapi tapi, jangan hengat kakak benarkan panjat begitu saja, dia hanya bagi naik kepada adik2 nya yang lepas spec. je untuk naik. risau jugak dia nk bagi yang double innocent panjat, aku innocent je.. xdouble.kekeke. oleh kerana aku anak ke dua so aku dpt lah naik, hehe. kami panjat dan memetik daun, bukan asam jawa tu sbb kalu setakat nk ambik buah asam jawa ada ja bersepah kat tanah. buah nya kami kutip, suruh ibu bukak kan dan makan dengan gula. jadi la asam jawa bergula. masam manissss... nyummm~

selain itu, kami juga terlalu banyak masa lapang sebab kami bukan kanak2 gadget masa kini. ipad, video game dan sebagainya. yang ada hanya tape lagu hindustan yang apabila ayah pasang, kami akan joget2 sebijik macam hindustan, xcye lettew. bila cuti sekolah kami xkan tak menyusahkan ibu, rumah bersepah lah dgn main pondok2 pakai kusyen lah, main kawen2 lah, bila dah bosan dalam rumah keluar lah kami, the most best thing is mandi kat luar, mandi hujan dan segala aktiviti diluar. yeahhhhhhhh KELUARRRRRRR~
dpt keluar mcm tu lah kami, ayh la yang selalu menyokong tindak tanduk kami yang sifat kanak2 nya level paling tinggi saat itu. ayah ade beli kolam yang kita perlu isi angin tu kan, pastu isi air, mandi ramai2,.haa yang tu lah. tapi sampai besar aku rase nak masuk tapi sekarang kolam tu dah kecik tuk aku. sobsss. (if you know what I mean).

whatever it is. I'm trully, sincerely, solemnly, desperately MISS my childhood. (T_T)
